LA CASA is available in two packages: Simple and Completo

• La Casa Simple pays for damages to your home and its contents caused by fire and lightning only. As an added bonus however, five more benefits are built into the cover free of charge, which we refer to as Fuego Mas Cinco(Fire Plus Five). These 5 additional benefits are home assistance* (available for Metro Manila only)**, relocation allowance, legal assistance, hospital allowance, and bereavement assistance.
  ** for risks located outside Metro Manila, we offer an alternative benefit- intensive care unit assistance.
• La Casa Completo pays for damages to your home and its contents caused by fire and lightning including earthquake, typhoon, riot, strike and malicious damage, explosion, falling aircraft, smoke, vehicle impact, and robbery. The policyholder receives a whole new set of bonus covers that include, but are not limited to, liability protection, personal accident, removal of debris expense, fire fighting expense, loss and damage of residence employees' property.
