Liability Guard is a cheaper alternative for vehicle owners who do not want to purchase comprehensive insurance cover.  It protects private vehicle owners against legal liabilities arising from bodily injury to or death of any third party and/or actual physical damage to third party property caused by and arising out of the use of the scheduled vehicle up to a combined limit of PhP 200,000.00 any one accident.  Even owners of old cars may avail of Liability Guard.

 The plan covers the following:

Bodily Injury covers liabilities of the insured due to the death of or bodily injury to third parties in excess of the limits provided under the CTPL coverage.

Property Damage covers the insured against liabilities due to actual physical damage to properties of third parties arising out of the use of the insured vehicle.

Unnamed Passengers Personal Accident insures up to 5 passengers for PhP 50,000.00 each, with a maximum of PhP 250,000.00 per vehicle in case of death or permanent disability due to an accident while riding in the insured vehicle.

Medical Reimbursement covers actual medical expenses incurred by the passengers of the insured vehicle due to an accident whilst riding the insured vehicle up to a limit of PhP 5,000.00 per passenger, with a maximum of PhP 25,000.00 per vehicle.
